Biz2Go is designed to look and feel like an integral part of your smartphone. It is designed to be intuitive and make access to your CRM and DMS data easy to use.

Biz2Go is developed around a core application with a plugin architecture. Only install the plugins you need, and talk to many different CRM and DMS back-office systems.

Your “out-of-office” office: The user is able to check current sales leads, select one, automatically dial the person, and the system will automatically make a note that you have called this contact, with the details and results of the call immediately entered into the CRM, meaning that the employee/office will always be up-to-date with interactions with customers.

Modern businesses have large information influx, in the form of email, business contacts, meetings and events, SMS messages, documents, telephone calls and much more. This information is gathered and put at your fingertips – accessed from your smartphone, at any time.

Consolidated messaging: the system gathers call logs, emails, messages and other communications from a client (including those made to colleagues and entered into the CRM system, automatically or manually), and displays them under a consolidated communications log for contacts or accounts, as well as synchronising those interactions from your smartphone to the CRM.

Different interfaces, same functions: Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy S, Nexus One, HTC Desire or iPhone and other versions of the software stays faithful to the look and feel of those systems, while sharing core software components to reduce the time it takes us to develop the different applications.
