No signal? No data: When you have no data signal, web based systems simply don't work – you have no access to any data at all. Out of office? Out of date: Many “native” phone (meaning runs locally on the phone, not on a web server) applications often require you to synchronise when you are at the office, rather than when you are out in the field with your customers, so you are only as up to date as your last visit to the office. |
Data Access Anywhere: Biz2Go allows full communication to central office based CRM/DMS systems. It synchronises automatically over the air (via wifi or mobile data e.g. GPRS, 3G, HSDPA) with the office system, so when you have a mobile or wifi signal you are up-to-date, and you have the latest synchronised version of the data still available even when you are not connected. |
|
Inconvenient: With web based, very time you want to see anything related to your CRM you need to open your phone's web browser, and usually log-in with your username and password. Unfamiliar native applications: These are custom “native” applications for a particular phone operating system, for a particular CRM or DMS. They will not work with any other CRM or DMS, or other phone operating system. These are basically a native version of the web based one, and don't act of feel like your normal contacts, calendar or other applications. |
Easy to use: Our vision is to make access to your CRM and DMS as simple as making a phone call. When an Android or iPhone user picks up their phone, our applications look and feel like your normal phone applications, and synchronise with your phone contacts list, phone calendar. This means the user will be significantly more productive, as there is less of a learning curve and more instinctive reaction, leading to less frustration normally associated with a new product. This will also encourage optimum use of the system, with higher returns on system costs and increased productivity. |

Web-based fails to integrate: Web based on your phone means that it is not well integrated with the rest of your phone, so you can't use your phone contacts list, you can't add a contact using business card scanning software, you can't add incoming phone calls automatically to your CRM system, or synchronise your phone calendar with the CRM system. Most “native” applications also fail to integrate well. |
High levels of integration: Our software integrates with the features of your phone to make the whole process seamless. Thus, CRM contacts appear in your normal phone book, and calls, diary entries, email and text messages are automatically synchronised with your CRM, making it possible to accurately track your relationship with your customer even when your sales people are on the road. |
|
All or nothing: These applications are often trying to be all things to all people, and become very cumbersome and complex resulting in an application that is difficult to use. |
Only install the parts you need: Another advantage of our plug-in system is that only the parts you need are installed. For example, if you are on the road, in sales, you might only need the contacts, customer history, stock levels and calendar, so only those need be installed on your phone. |
