Solutions Process
Strictly IT specialises in helping you handle your information. We believe in “Customer Centric” solutions, rather than “Product Centric” solutions. Therefore the first thing that we do is work with you to determine your requirements, your processes and your other systems.
Only then do we install, integrate and customise a software solution to help you. Our process is:
| 1 | Identifying Requirements |
| Strictly IT specialises in helping you handle your information. We believe in “Customer Centric” solutions, rather than “Product Centric” solutions . So the first thing we do is to work with you in reviewing what systems/processes you currently operate, what problems you have and wish to resolve and what outputs you would like to achieve from new technology. We then compare your new requirements/outputs with your existing systems, which should identify the new processes needed to achieve your objectives. | |
| 2 | Initial Report |
| We will prepare a short report outlining the results of our initial survey. If we believe that a Technology Solution is not the answer to your requirements, we will tell you,and possibly help with alternatives. | |
| 3 | Understanding Business Processes |
| We then take a more 'in depth' look at your Business Processes, and what information you need at which times in these processes. With this information we can recommend the FREE software solutions most suited to your requirements, along with costings for implementation/integration of the software, plus training and support costs. This stage is also very useful for catching inefficiencies in the way you run your business, which often alone can bring about cost savings and improved efficiency. | |
| 4 | Installation / Integration / Customisation |
| We then install our server complete with the software specified, along with any other components you may require, with fully integration into your existing systems. User User implementation can be phased to reduce 'overload' on users. On completion, we then build the Business Processes into the software, and build custom screens and interfaces to streamline your work-flow. |

| 5 | Training |
| Information Management Systems are not an end in themselves, so when as we install the the new systems, we will provide the necessary training for your staff to ensure they use the systems effectively. | |
| 6 | Support / Backup |
| After the system is installed we will support the server and the software, Back up etc you will be back up and running quickly applying security updates, as well as monitoring its health. We will also supply remote backup so that if disaster strikes you will be up and running very quickly. | |
| 7 | Feedback |
| A new system takes time to bed in, and we will work with you in monitoring performance, and where necessary design improvements using the same process, and implement them, whether that means improving business processes and system work-flow, more customised screens, integration with new systems, or additional training where necessary. |
